Every day we prepare the dough for our pizzas in the traditional way, letting it ferment for 15 hours, thus achieving the best flavor. In the preparation of our pizzas we use onlyoriginal ingredients from Italy; flour, cheese, charcuterie, etc.

• What experience do you have in the world of gastronomy? I have a long career, I have dedicated my entire life to gastronomy. I could say that it runs in the family since I am the third generation to dedicate to it.
• What would you highlight about Pizzeria Santa Pizza? We are from Naples and we know very well the secrets and virtues of our cuisine. All our proposals are prepared in a traditional way. I would like to highlight the flavor of Neapolitan pizza, unique, authentic and delicious.
