Cala Blanca, Calvià
Cala Blanca, a small pebble beach in Costa de la Calma.
Update 12/02/23. The Cala Blanca Beach is located on the west coast of Mallorca next to the residential area Costa de la Calma and the town of Santa Ponsa. In this area of the island the coast is quite rocky and forms a natural entree with a small pebble beach. Stands out for the clarity of its waters and the tranquility of the area.
During the summer Cala Blanca does not have much waves. There are several concrete esplanades next to the small beach, some of them with hammocks for rent. The access to the sea from the beach is with a gentle slope and in the surroundings from the areas with rocks we find some metal stairs to access the sea. Near the beach it is easy to find places with shade to protect yourself from the hottest days. The seabed is shallow and consists of rocks, sand and meadows of Posidonia.
Near the Cala Blanca there is a beach bar with sun beds and umbrellas.
The closest beaches to Cala Blanca are Playa de Santa Ponsa and Playa La Romana in Peguera.
