This beautiful beach is formed in a natural recess of the coast at the mouth of a stream and has a large area of sand. It is of crystalline waters and is well sheltered from the waves.
Cala Marçal is surrounded by low-rise cliffs and in the vicinity of the beach there are pines that provide pleasant shade on hot days. During the summer months it is very frequented, mainly by tourists from the area.
