Cala Mesquida

Update 02/02/23. The beach of Cala Mesquida is located in the municipality of Capdepera between the towns of Artá and Cala Ratjada in the northeast area of the island. It is a large beach of fine white sand with crystal clear waters located in the tourist resort of Cala Mesquida.
The urban center of Cala Mesquida is not very large, it is a tourist area with several hotels where tourism is mainly family.
The beach of Cala Mesquida is located in a beautiful natural environment. Along the beach there are trails that pass through pine forests, dunes and open areas with spectacular views.
The access to the sea is with a gentle slope and the seabed is mainly sandy. The beach is not protected from the waves and on windy days there may be waves. It has a lifeguard and, if necessary, areas where the waters create small currents are marked.
In the beach of Cala Mesquida you will find all the services; umbrellas, hammocks, water activities, restaurants, etc.
How to arrive:
Arriving in Capdepera from Artá at the first roundabout is the indication to access Cala Mesquida. The beach of Cala Mesquida has a parking area from which you have to walk 5 minutes to the beach.
