Cala Pi, beautiful sandy beach in the middle of nature.
Update 09/02/23. Cala Pi is a beautiful sandy beach in the middle of nature. It is located in the municipality of Llucmajor, not far from Sa Rapita and the well-known beach of Es Trenc.
The beach of Cala Pi is at the mouth of a torrent, the sea penetrates naturally forming a very sheltered cove so there is very little surf on this beach.
The area where this cove is located is rocky with pine forests and it is easy to find shadows to shelter from the sun.
The sand is present both at the bottom of the sea and on the shore of the beach, making it very suitable for families with children. On the seabed in addition to sand there are also some areas with rocks so the sea has different shades of blue.
The beach of Cala Pi is small and therefore has few services.
Although the beach is located in the tourist area of Cala Pi with some hotels and residential homes, buildings can't be seen from the beach itself. Near the beach it is easy to find restaurants or small businesses.

How to arrive:
If you are traveling from Palma, take the motorway towards Llucmajor and, at the Arenal level, take exit number 15 and go on the local road to the south. Continue 30 minutes more and you will see on your right the signposted detour to access Cala Pi.
