Sa Canova Beach
Playa de Sa Canova, an extensive sandy beach between the towns of Son Serra de Marina and Colonia de Santa Pere.
Update 02/02/23. The beach of Sa Canova is located in the bay of Alcudia on the northeast coast of the island. It is a beautiful sandy beach of great dimensions in an environment surrounded by nature.
The most frequented area is the part closest to Son Serra de Marina. This area has beach volleyball, showers and some bars.
The beach of Sa Canova is a beach of fine white sand. Its access to the water is with a gentle slope reason why it is advisable for families with children. Its waters have spectacular colours due to its sandy bottom.
On windy days there may be waves. Most times it is not dangerous and it is great fun.
At the back of the beach we find a large area of Mediterranean forest with sand dunes and a wet area with various species of birds.
The beach of Sa Canova on windy days is ideal for surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing.
In some areas of the beach, the practice of nudism is common.

The beach of Sa Canova is located in the bay of Alcudia. You can access the beach through the town of Son Serra de Marina or the town of Colonia de Sant Pere.
