Playa del Mago
Playa del Mago, a small nudist beach located near Santa Ponsa and Magaluf.
Update 12/02/23. The Playa del Mago is located on the west coast of Mallorca next to the residential area of Portals Vells in the municipality of Calvià. It is a natural inlet of the coast that forms a small beach with calm waters and white sand. In its vicinity are the towns of Santa Ponsa and Magaluf. Playa del Mago is officially listed as nudist beach. Its small dimensions do not allow a large influx.
Playa del Mago is very well protected from wind and waves. The access to the sea is with a gentle slope where the first meters of the sea are shallow. Around the beach there is a lot of vegetation, pine forests and shrubs that provide pleasant shade for the hottest days. Although the residential area of Portals Vells is very close from the beach there are no buildings. Actually Playa del Mago is in the middle of nature.
Near the Playa del Mago there is a small port for small boats. It is usual to anchor boats in front of the beach although at a considerable distance since the beach is marked.
From Playa del Mago we can reach in a few minutes the nearby beaches of Cala Portals Vells and Caleta de Portals Vells.
