Update 02/02/23. Palmanova is located in the coastal municipality of Calvia. A tourist favourite, the town of Palmanova is set by the sparkling Mediterranean on the west coast of the island of Mallorca. Visitors to Palmanova are delighted by their discovery a 1,000 metre beach. The white sea-washed sand has a fine texture. One benefits also from the crystal clear water skirting this lovely location.
Tourism was a pioneering concept for Palmanova. As a consequence, the town is ahead whilst others may have a little catching up to do. For those with a wandering itch, the town is within walking distance of the livelier Magaluf.

Situated a short distance 15km from Palma de Mallorca, Palmanova is just 25km from the city's airport. Perfectly accessible visitors from Palma de Mallorca should follow the MA – 1 road signs signposted Andratx. About twenty minutes on they will see signs for Palmanova, which invites their exit from the MA – 1.
