Update 14/02/23. The Market of the town of Alaró is held every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the city center. Pleasant and international atmosphere with many stalls, although not as popular as the markets of coastal towns. The market is located in Plaça de la Vila and adjacent streets. In addition to the market in Alaró you can visit many places of special interest.
The main square of the town known as Plaça de la Vila is full of stands with a varied offer, textile products, fashion accessories, gifts, Mallorcan artisan product and of course the traditional products of the field of Mallorca; seasonal fruit and vegetables.
In the surroundings of the Plaça de la Vila there are several bars and restaurants with their cozy terraces where you can relax and entertain yourself with the pleasant atmosphere of the market. Foreigners browsing the different stands of Mallorcan products, residents with their purchases of fruit and vegetables, families having a good time ..., a festive atmosphere on Saturday mornings in Alaró.

The town of Alaró is located in the interior of Mallorca at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana. It retains the character of yesteryear with its narrow streets and generally stone constructions. If you decide to organize all day in Alaró a good plan could be; enjoy the morning at the market, choose a restaurant near Plaça de la Vila to eat at noon and in the afternoon go up to Castillo de Alaró.

The town of Alaró is 31.3 km from Palma and 16 km from the city of Inca. The weekly Alaró Market is held in Plaça de la Vila and adjacent streets every Saturday. It is easy to park near the market.
