•What experience do you have in the restaurant industry? I have been working in the restaurant industry since 2007. With extensive training in gastronomy, I expanded my knowledge in Asia and South America. In Spain I have worked in prestigious restaurants in Bilbao, Barcelona and Andalusia, some of them with Michelin stars.
•What would you highlight about Chef Monné? I try to offer a friendly and familiar service, with an eye to ensuring that the client enjoys an authentic experience.
