• What experience do you have in the restaurant world? We have a long history. Iru is a family restaurant dating back to 1944 and is currently run by its third generation. I have been in charge since 1990.
• What would you highlight about Restaurant Iru? The privileged location by the sea and the quality of the ingredients we use in our creations.
• What would you recommend we try? For starters, try the foie terrine; for main courses, confit suckling pig or Mallorcan-style stuffed sea bream; and for dessert, “Gató”almond cake.
