Update 09/02/23. The Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation Is located next to Son Abrines in the town of Palma and has been the residence of Joan Miró family since 1956. The museum consists of several workshops and gardens in which to be enjoyed are many of the works of this fabulous and celebrated artist.
The Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation is keeper of the most important collections of the artist's work. There are also to be enjoyed an extensive collection of works by other artists of the twentieth century.
The museum was designed by architect Rafael Moneo and is of very interesting architectural design. The Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation is open to visitors.
