Update 16/10/24. Strolling through the beautiful cobbled streets of Valldemosa, in the heart of the town, on Calle de la Rosa, number 24, you will find the Aromas restaurant "Patio Food & Drinks". This beautiful restaurant is located in an old Mallorcan house and retains all the architectural and decorative details of yesteryear.
In Aromas you can relax in the middle of the beauty of the place while tasting our delicious proposals in Mediterranean cuisine. Both in the cozy lounge and in the inner courtyard with garden you will enjoy a beautiful experience. It also has a wide range of wines, teas, natural juices, hot chocolates or cocktails.

Homemade Mediterranean cuisine made with local products with a wide range of tapas and Iberian cured meats. We have our own garden where we collect fresh vegetables to the delight of our customers. Hummus, tabulé, zucchini carpaccio or Salmorejo cordobes are some of the vegetarian dishes you will find in our menu.

• What experience do you have in restaurants? I have large experience and training and since 2015 I have managed Aromas in Valldemossa
• What would you highlight about Aromas? Among many aspects I would highlight the building where the restaurant is located, an old Mallorcan house typical of Valldemossa with the traditional details of the architecture of yesteryear.
• What would you recommend? The homemade Vermouth, the Iberian cured meats or the smoked Scamorza.
