Today, under the guidance of Tomeu Torrens, all traditional recipes have been revised in order to give them a special touch, an air of elegance and modernity to “wear” the dishes.

• What experience do you have in the catering sector? I've been dedicated to it all my life, I could say that I grew up in a restaurant.
• What would you highlight of the Restaurant Ca'n Amer? We take care of all the details, the sobriety, the elegance, the presentation of our dishes, our elaborate cuisine, our tasting menus.
• What is your star product? Mallorcan dishes such as roasted suckling pig, confit cod or shoulder of lamb stuffed with eggplant and sobrasada.
