The puig of Santa Magdalena is located 6 kilometers from the town of Inca and its height is 307 meters above sea level. At its top we find the hermitage of Santa Magdalena.
The road is in good condition. It is an asphalted road and you can go by car or on foot. If you go up on foot along the way you can take some shortcuts. Near the top you will find a recreational area equipped with benches, tables and barbecue.

A good place to start the excursion to Puig de Santa Magdalena is from the town of Inca. There is a first section without slope of about 3 kilometers. The second section is the ascent that runs between pines, holm oaks, wild olive trees and bushes. The landscape is very beautiful with spectacular views of the bay of Alcudia, the Sierra de Tramuntana and the central area of the island.
From the recreational area there is a small path to the other top of this mountain known as the Puig de la Minyó. In this other top we find a ramp for the practice of hang gliding or paragliding.

How to arrive:
First you must go to the town of Inca in the central part of the island. A good place to start the excursion to Puig de Santa Magdalena is from the exit of Inca in the direction of Llubí.
