Palmanova Beach
Palmanova Beach, large sandy beach located next to the tourist center of Palmanova.
Update 12/02/23. The Palmanova Beach is located in front of the tourist center of Palmanova. It is a beach of fine white sand of large dimensions. The beach has gardens, a pine grove and a beautiful pedestrian promenade.
The Palmanova Beach is a beach with crystal clear water due to its sandy bottom. During the summer it has little waves although it is not protected from the east wind. From the beach we can see in the distance the east coast of the bay of Palma. The access to the sea is with a gentle slope so it is ideal for families with children. Highlights the grove area located at the back of the beach and that provides pleasant shade on the hottest days.
Palmanova Beach is part of a set of three beaches connected by a wide promenade where we find numerous restaurants with large terraces. The town of Palmanova has an important tourist infrastructure with numerous hotels, bars, restaurants and shops and receives a massive influx of visitors so the beach is quite busy during the summer.
The beaches closest to the Palmanova Beach are the beaches of Son Maties and Es Carregador both located in Palmanova and communicated with each other through a wide promenade.
