The interior of Mallorca has much to offer. In this excursion you will know another aspect of Mallorca. Its agriculture and livestock, how wine and oil is made, as well as visiting a weekly market and a historical place. It is designed to be done in a day enjoying each stop, includes places of cultural interest and where to eat.
The starting point of this excursion is located in the central area of the island, in Inca or Sineu.
• Weekly market of Inca or Sineu.
The localities of Inca and Sineu weekly celebrate their local market. They are very large markets and receive thousands of visits. In these markets they sell fruit, vegetables, clothing, footwear, artisan products, etc. In Inca it is celebrated every Thursday and in Sineu every Wednesday.

• Els Calderers.
Former mansion converted into a museum. It is located in the town of San Juan near Sineu and is dedicated to cattle and agriculture. Here you can see rural Mallorca from the 18th century. The stables with the cattle, old tools for work in the field and taste the wine of the area.
• Son Catiu.
On the road from Llubi to Inca you can visit the "tafona" Son Catiu. Here you can see how olive oil is made. In the facilities there is a shop and a restaurant. Here you can try the famous "pa amb oli", a simple and tasty dish present in Mallorcan homes for many generations.

• Binissalem.
The town of Binissalem is famous for its wine, it is its main commercial activity. Binissalem produces wine for Mallorca and also exports large quantities outside of Spain. We suggest you to visit some of its wineries located in the vicinity of the town. You can see its facilities and taste its varieties of wines.
• Alaró Castle.
The Alaró Castle will be the last stop on this route. Next to the town of Alaró there is a small mountain where the Castle of Alaró is located, an old fortification existing from the Muslim period. It's a 1:45h excursion on a very nice trail. The views from the Alaró Castle are spectacular.
