Ciudad Jardín Beach, sandy beach next to the town of Palma.
Update 14/02/23. Ciudad Jardín Beach is located 5 km from the center of the town of Palma, between the neighborhoods of El Molinar and Es Coll d'en Rabassa. It is a large beach with all kinds of services to enjoy a nice day at the beach. The area where the Ciudad Jardín Beach is located has numerous residential buildings and some hotels, so the beach has a large influx of both residents and tourists.
Ciudad Jardín is generally a beach with calm waters and stands out for the clarity of its waters due in part to its sandy seabed and shallow depth. During the summer it has no waves although it is not protected from the southwest wind. From the shore, access to the sea is with a gently sloping, making it easy for visitors to enter the sea. From the beach you can see the coastline of Palma, in the distance you can see the cathedral of Palma and the Bellver Castle. At the back of the beach we find a wide promenade.
The neighborhood of Ciudad Jardín where the beach is located belongs to the town of Palma. This area does not have a tourist occupation as high as the neighboring area of Playa de Palma.
The closest beaches to Ciudad Jardín Beach are Del Peñon Beach and D'es Portitxolet Beach, both in the municipality of Palma.

How to arrive:
The Ciudad Jardín Beach is located 5 km from the center of Palma. From Palma, the Ma-19 road that connects the towns of Palma and Llucmajor has a direct exit to the Ciudad Jardín neighborhood. Parking is easy nearby.
