•What experience do you have in the world of restaurants? I have a long career with more than 20 years dedicated to gastronomy.
•What would you highlight about Sunsets Beach? In addition to our appetizing cuisine, the beautiful views of the bay of Alcudia and of course the spectacular sunsets.
•What is your star product? Paellas are our specialty, with meat, fish, seafood, lobster...
